MNU in the SH?

I just looked around my village, and i noticed that we have a MNU player here taking one of our 9c. heres his info:

translation-57 squares from the CENTER of the stronghold, which is, if the 20 square radius is the area of the Stronghold, 37 squares away from the edge of the stronghold.
