Settling a new village: a couple of easy questions

An easy one that can be answered by anyone who has previously settled a village:
It says settlers can carry 3000 resources and so you'll send them off with 750 of each res. I assume this is 3000 carried by the three units together, not each?
And when they arrive and set up the new village, does it start with just a main building (and 750 of each res)?

Umm, I'm not entirely sure what you mean on the first question, but the second one- yes, your vilalge starts off with a main building and 750 of each resource, just like how a new account starts on a server.

Answer to the first question as that settlers can carry 3000 resources each.

IF you where to attack a village with 1 settler and 10 clubs [just an example] and non if them dies but get a full haul you would loot 10[clubs]*60=600+1[settler]*3000=600+3000=3600

Wow, I didn't realise that about using settlers in a raid. Nice way of carrying more loot if you're sure the village is empty!

As for the other question, it's now been answered since I have successfully settled my second village.

However, now I have a new question. Is it only possible to change the name of one's most recent village? Is there any way of changing the name of the first village? I had thought that at this stage I might consider a theme of some kind, but now can't seem to change my original village's name.

When you are in the village, just click on profile and then change profile. The way to change your village name is about halfway down on the left column under village name

Ah, I hadn't realised it made a difference which village you were in when you click profile. That makes sense. Thanks!
