alliance recruiter

Do we have someone who is the "official" recruiter for the alliance, would be nice to get some set standards on who gets in to any off the wings, and who is solely responsible for this. Kinda annoying when you suggest someone to the alliance and give a list of 4 people they can contact, and then they write to one only to not have them reply, so they write to another to not have them reply....yes it happens.

we have alot of room in all 3 wings, should be trying to fill it with as much quality as possible, having one person to over see this might make things more clear as to who to contact and deal with.

And im curious as to why LITE says recruitment is off with 47 members, Isnt this ment to be the recuitment wing of our alliance. If things have changed then maybe we need to talk about how the alliance is restructured. With LITE and FUN almost equally ranked it mighten be the case anymore to think of them as MAIN and LITE.

My suggestion to the table, is to have 1 person as overall recruiter. they dont need to have leadership rank, just know what each group of leaders is willing to accept into the wings. This one person is then incharge of being funneled all IGMS, then directs the player to the forums. looks into the accounts as a sitter, and then recommends that player to a wing based on what the leaders want.

we also need to update our recruitment standards. Only 1 person in LITE has 1 village now, and 5 in FUN, so maybe we need to accommodate this into selection. I think a min pop 300 is only valid if it has been achieved in a short period of time, ie 3-4 weeks. i think a min pop of 400, or 2 villages should be the bare minimum. i know this is different for flank as we almost have everyone with 4 villages.

Id really like to get some constructive feed back on this and hopefully give our recruitment a bit of a kick start because it has stalled badly lately, its not good when someone makes a recruitment post and there are post made a week later wondering if a leader/recruiter has looked into the app, since there isnt feedback in the post.

Agreed. Currently, the basic setup is to have FUN Lite recruit and train the new members to certain standards. Once Lite feels they are ready, they are moved into Flank or main wings. Typically, these account members will have higher standards as their training is more fresh and up to date. In addition, old account members in main and flank can be moved here to refresh their training as well.

If there are opportune members that a particular wing sees, there is no reason that the particular wing can recruit first and move the member later to a different wing.

So it is Dootz and V-la who ought to be onto this.

Well to KJ recruitment is off because every joe schmo wants in LITE, and I have standards I dont want to let just anyone in, If it where my choice the people below 400 pop and not getting ready to settle a 3rd vlg wouldnt be in LITE. But its a training wing right. As far as recruitments, most of the Lites who are ready to be promoted dont want to leave LITE. (what can I say we are just that damn good...lol).

As far as Dootz being a recruiter I think his schedule is kind of full atm but I cant speak for him and as for me I have been a bit busier then usual due to some things im working on but will be back on schedule soon. The LITE requirements are posted on our main page its really not hard to see if someone posts an ap that dosent meet requirements then you can post here that They are currently not a right fit for us.

See this post has already highlighted the need for a recuitment shake up. Kait said LITE is the recruiter, yet LITE states recruitment is closed. LITE has changed its recruitment standards, but there wasnt any communication of this for other members who look around for good players. LITE members also dont want to move, i understand this as people become accustomed to leaders and players they work with and so want to stay with them. SO if this is the case then LITE is no longer a recruitment wing thats members are shifted to other wings, and so we need to change our recruitment policy.

V-la if you and dootz are busy, let someone know so that someone else can take over the reins for a while. It will be a alot easier if someone sends u a IGM saying player X looks good meets your requirements do u want them, rather then you having to send IGM back and forward and set up sitter times, hence the reason of this post.

I really think we need to boost our uptake from the fast growers around the SH, because as we can see when you compare LITE and MAIN alot of the newer members are growing a tonne faster then the older ones who have been sitting around for a long time. i think this also needs to be the number 1 priority, proximity to the SH, we cant keep inviting people from the other side of the quad, or even in a different quads and have them move, it makes growth so much slower and puts people a long way behind, prolly part of the reason LITE is growing so much faster.

My main reason for this post is due to having a few people in my area wanting to apply, i told them who to contact yet none of those people responded, and i thought what the hells going on. We cant continue to just plod along like we are in some areas. MNU is doing a "who sucks" purge for us by showing us who are farms and who can keep people out, and unfortuantly atm FUN and FLANK do have farms that if they dont improved, need to be shown the door. so we need to fill those empty ranks the the good players around our SH

Thats true we do need to open up and grab more of these quick growing villa's...also didnt this happen last time that people didnt want to leave LITE?
