[TL] Major problem

So I am assuming if I have a -[TL]+ farm they are still my farm because this has not been made clear.

I am also assuming that this does not apply to -{TL}+ members who I am also hitting because my scouts are showing that those members are still trying to build as many troops as possible, including one sitting right next door to one of my villages within the stronghold. The troops being built are offensive not defensive troops. Effectively this silent NAP would allow TL to build troops within 10 minutes strike distance of my villages, this is extremely bad strategy.

It does not include -{TL}+. Clear away.

Yes, if you have been farming a [TL] player, then continue and put their name here. They are meant to be purging their alliance of farms. That is my understanding.
