[FUN*F] End of The First Great military buildup campaign

Ok Flankers, you know what needed to be done, you know when and how much. I have graded every Flanker's performance with a 1-10 grade.

First, the best defensive armies are of the following players:

VersusAllOdds
Cursez
All of the previous have a significantly larger ratio than the 1:1 that was required.

Also here are the people that weren't obliged to build defenses, because they weren't there when the campaign started. I urge the following to start building massive defense numbers, because they are seriously lagging behind:

Well, a mixed report. Thanks for posting it. Sorry to have only made it to 6, though I was attacked and lost basically all my troops halfway into the buildup. If you add my defensive troops in the SH, I am significantly over 1:1.
