What do you want to see?

Here is your chance to tell leadership what you expect out of this alliance. Don't hold back.

From my understanding this alliance was about growing by communicating and working as a team in order to strengthen ourselves in order to move up into the main 2 wings, or perhaps becoming a main wing with another "lite" wing later.

If that's true i think we should have a very strong goal orientated strategy for all members that they must work within to stay in the alliance. This should include growth rate of village and troops, not loosing res to raids, and being active on forums. A bonus is being a active raider but if they dont like to raid then send their troops to one of our 15c's within the SH as im sure the ones right out the back never get raided, and will have a tonne of crop.

Boosting is a great way to get someone there 3 settlers. hell i got mine in a 18 hour period thanks to about 12k in res. I think boosting should at this stage only be used for this purpose. I also think it should be compulsory. If you dont want to help out your fellow alliance members, we dont want you. But like i said it should be only used for settlers, or another major upgrades (cata's).

Finally, i have said this in another post but ill say it again, i think our recruitment spread is way to big, we cant help players 10+ hours away. we should only recruit players in the center near other FUN members or ones that are in between the center and SH preferably close to the SH. This will help our growth and make support much easier.

I know im only new here, but some of you know im very active and aware of whats going on, im more then happy to support the leadership and help out in any way, i dont want a leadership roll but i do want you guys to know you can depend on me if u need me for anything

Purpose of Lite wing is to get your population up then get you up to I think about 1:1 troop/pop ratio then send you off to play with the big boys in either Flank or Main. I dont think we will have more then 1 LITE wing, who knows what will happen later on down the server but I doubt we will have more then 1 LITE wing.

Boosting: Our main purpose for the boost was to help allow you guys to get a 2nd village, if not already in the SH, to relocate to the SH. It was also to help the smaller fish get there resource fields up so they can move along quicker to settle a 2nd vlg in the SH..I dont think we will do another boost for quite some time because any new members joining should be pretty much ready to settle by now.

Recruitment: I completely agree with you on this, I think the leaders will get together and possibly talk about having a minimal pop to get into LITE wing, and we will try to keep our recruitment in close range, however you must realize sometimes we come across a strong player outside the SH area that would be a great addition to FUN so on board he/she comes!

Regardless if you are new or not we appreciate your input and ideas and would like for you guys to keep them comming. Do not be afraid to express your ideas, concerns or complaints. How can one improve without constructive criticisim!!

While I am not in Lite, the wing originated on the previous S6 server. We had firmly established the Stronghold, each of us having 4-6 villages when the area became populated by new accounts. We had one big wing which split into 2. The division of its members were roughly based on a north/south location within the SH. Lite also emerged to collect new members within the SH. Those that weren't farmed, cate'd and deleted were invited into Lite.

There's your history lesson for today.

As for my comment on player location, I just find it so annoying when one of our players gets a random raid from someone in their area and i go to send a response and get 15 hour raid time.

As for the moving up part, i have already been contacted about this so i understand all that.
