Have settlers? Need somewhere to keep them while you are not around until you have the necessary three trained?
Send them on a raid to me, I will keep them in my traps until you are ready to settle, safe from harm.
Just IGM me to check I have a vacant room at the inn!

I also have plenty of traps set and have no problem providing room and board for your settlers. There is always room at the Redneck Inn
