What about these:
*Members will set their time to UTC and will only make time references in UTC.
*Members will give all necessary information (see here) when requesting defence.
*Members will register for these forums and will check them regularly.
*Members will register for troop tool and will update their troop counts at least once per week.
Just a thought.
