you serious yee, maps are great tools to give you an idea of things, that map shows how affective the SH is cos we are so well grouped. also shows how are numbers are away from the center, where all the big numbers are

Oh, that changed my point of view towards the travian maps!

So a map of other alliances would be beneficial in any way to us? Like to know who is less protected?

Yee the map is great for many things, shows us how organized we are and what general area we are in and what areas to recruit from and what not amongst other many things, but nice job we are grouped quite well i must say!

Yes yee change the alliance name and you will find anyone close to us that is a target/threat. This map is best when compared to others though.

For instance, did u know that one of the RO-HT (i think) aliances has a grouping like ours in the -40 240 area, its basically a neighbour stronghold, you wouldnt know that though if you didnt use maps to show it

Perhaps we should have someone designated as our cartographer to keep an eye on these maps and look for threats/opportunities?

We had that idea last server, in the end, a single person wouldn't really survey a whole stronghold well enough. You may as well just ask people to keep their eyes open.

Cartography, however, is quite simple if you have a bit of creativity and my lovely friend Photoshop.
