Here is the response I gave to superyee via IGM (slightly modified):

To be perfectly honest, I haven't been in the alliance long enough to have an opinion. Although, I would say more information ought to be communicated to new members, or they should be pointed to a document on the forum, that explains our basic strategy, the structure of how the family is run, and who the leaders are. Thus far I know the basic strategy (I'm in the stronghold because when I asked someone told me), and I think BIG.BOSS is one of my leaders (because he sends messages to all us LITEs). But that's about it. I would like the rest explained. Until I learn the way things ARE, I cannot comment on the way things OUGHT to be.

Those are very good questions. For most general strategy and announcements, you can find them in the General or Announcements section. For our Strategy, you can find that in the Stronghold section.

Lite Leaders are:

Main leader-Dootzkie
Morale officer-V-la (BIG.BOSS in game)
Yee's - responsibilities vary. He is versatile. IGM him if you have questions or doubts.

Main Leaders are:

Founder and Leader-Violet V
Council Member-RKW, this is a dual account consisting of Ronnywhite and Kaitlyn
Defensive Co-ordinator-Nashlebanon
Advisor-Eam165
Sitter Coordinator - Yoz

Flank Leaders are:

Commander- VAO or Versusallodds
Military Advisor-Cursez
Council Member-BGS




Basically Flank or *F is our military wing. They are the one's who protect and serve. Mostly made up of our more aggressive players.
Main is the middle of the road players, those who want to sim a little more and fight a little less.
Lite is the training squad. This is where people go until they have learned the basics, or grow enough to be useful in other branches.

If I am off base, please correct me.

I will be deleting these posts. Tired of the drama and this has gone off topic can we please stick to the topic this post was made for! If you guys want to bitch moan and complain do it else where! If you arent in LITE and dont have a quiestion or some constructive advice then dont spam this thread. Thank you!

Id like to say i think we are doing a good job of finding good players to add to LITE ranks, i always hear of people raiding someone and hitting a good defense, or even betting hitting someone and never getting a thing then getting raided by said player with troops you never knew they had, we want these active people who either dodge well or protect themselve with good D. For example my old enemy Jorch i think is a great add to the alliance, already at settler stage when all his neighbours are in the 100-200 range (and being farmed by me)

an idea id like to put forward is to look into a sort of mentoring program. for instance for each player know there tribe/playstyle and let them know who they can ask for advice. For instance im a offensive teuton, if we recruit such players the leaders of LITE can say, please touch base with killjill so he an help you with your growth.

I have found from sitting punisher that it works very well to give ideas to better his play style. It also promotes communication between wings and different players who would otherwise never talk. This is important because when a name in your alliance gets hit you dont care as much as when a "padawan" gets hit.

Great post. I have actually started that this morning. Sent an MM out to find out what play style each member is choosing and will be working with each of them one on one to get them set up with a list of goals and things they should achieve. I have something else in the works to get a helping hand with this so that we can sit each member and look at there village and help them out with a plan.

We all know who used to delete posts in the past, and that shouldn't happen again.

no need to move dumb posts that have no importance to the basket, especially if they are posts that only create more static and are meaningless. But will move them to the basket if it makes you happy. and seriously let it go and move forward!

No need to be that much sarcastic V. If you want to delete at least let us know day before you do delete em.
