About Residence/Palace

If i have founded a village(2) with a lvl10 residence in a non-capital village(1). Then in the future, i want to make that village(1) the capital. If i demolish the residence to get a palace, will the founded village(2) disappear? Sorry if it is not that clear. I am typing this in a hurry. ^^ Thanks in advance.

No, you'll have just wasted a lot of resources getting that residence up to level 10. And when you get the palace to level 10, it's first building slot will already be full (i.e. you'll need to get the palace to level 15 before you can settle again from that village.
