About market offers

Post  TankGirl on Sat Feb 28, 2009 7:04 pm

hi!

i have a little concern about the market offers. it is known that we better be accepting the alliance's offers and never take the enemy's. but i have a big issue about that: FUN, FUN*F and Fun LITE's offers are always crap. of all the offers on the market, they are the worst ones.

so here it is: should i lose half my resources trading with people i'm supposed to collaborate with or do fair trade with people i don't like? honestly, i am quite deceived to tell you that i will buy the other offers. i am not emptying my villages to make tribemates fat. sorry pals.

put fair offers on the market and i'll buy them. continue putting 2:1 offers and i'll buy the enemy's.. scratch

Lol TG i agree with you , you have no idea how much. FUN offers suck. I always put 1:1 or searching 1990 offering 2000. If you plan to kill some1 cause of this , TG count me in.

When I am going to put a good offer, I tick "alliance only". TG, you wouldn't see this, because you're not in flank. On the open market, I am not going to help enemies by giving them excellent deals. I will make a profit (usually about 1.5:1, depending the resources and how heavy the demand for them is). If you are buying on the market (which I rarely am), then there is no overriding necessity to buy from us. It would be good to not buy from those we are directly at war with, but sometimes it can't be helped.

Most of my merchants stay fairly busy moving resources between my villages.
