They should have up to date troop counts and be able to organize attacks on potential targets. We are spinning our wheels. Everyone is shooting at a different target. If we all aim at the same target we can eliminate villages in one day as opposed to a week or more on our own. We have enough catas in the field to zero a target if everyone makes one pass.
