Reminder: over-communicate
I know that you are all very good at doing so in your MMs, but I have been reminded again of how important it is to tell people basic game instructions. Sitting for Runey and trying to deal with his croplocked village, I have noticed that during the recent defensive op at Pellston (his capital in the SH that also had an incoming attack), two players sent reinforcements from their non-SH village, which arrived respectively over 12 and over 24 hours later than the time they had been told to aim for. One of them had sent 100 swords and when I asked him about why he would send swords to a def op, he had no idea of why he wouldn't.
Moral: keep reminding people of the basics.
EDIT: PS Runey has told me that he would prefer to be replaced if we know of anyone who wants his account. His non-SH village is a write-off (I'm trying to do damage control at the moment), but his other three villages (including a 15c) are not too bad (with a few adjustments).
