His loyalty is shaken, but it was shaken because Main leaders were telling him that he was not allowed to retaliate against MNU based on instructions from the leaders of Flank. It doesn't sit well with me that he got upset because of not being allowed to retaliate and then joined the wing that dictated we not retaliate in the first place - we lost and may lose other good players because of this. And, that will probably lead to another post in the forum about how Main is a weak wing with bad numbers and ranking.

You have a good point, VV. But do you have any other suggestion to keep him in the FUN Alliance?

Agreed that this is a smart way. Believe me, as a leader, i'm with our strategy 100%. Only part that is an issue is having our members wonder why it appears that we are doing nothing. I'll send out an IGM today and again, reassure them that we are doing something about it.

As to VV's post... yes, I got the same posts.... except I got one a bit more racist and derogatory (not to me necessarily). Headsup,... he may have a personality issue and RUNEY, Daniel, Mr Y3LLOW,and Incubuss may follow suit and join Flank. These are all rl friends.

Show people that we have killed over 3.5K of MNU troops - that is doing something. Point out that we are going to hammer MNU at the right time, which is not when we are outnumbered 10:1. At the moment, we will continue to destroy (at least some of) their armies as they come at us. And these losses are *expected*. They should know that starting villages will be lost and to not get too attached. They are the first phase of the rocket that will fall away at some point, but the rocket (the stronghold) will be flying!

Keep communicating with your members. It is understandable that they might be annoyed at being attacked, but there are still smart and not-so-smart ways of responding. We are responding the smart way.
