One doubt regarding OASIS

When should I raid an oasis.. And I also find rats etc are super imba strong.. So suggest me a strategy to conq it..

I don't think there is much you can do to help yourself except sending tons of mixed troops (i.e. cavalry and infantry) which are all lvled up high in the blacksmith plus a hero with decent attack bonus
