FFH rise again

i was browsing again and i came across FFH (fight for honur) do you think these are the legit guys from last server? if they are should we try to get nap or confed with them early? or should we try to take em out early?

I also saw a Vulcan alliance in my 21x21 claiming to be Vulcans and FFH from last server. Regardless, they have no grasp of the server yet, so even if they do maintain some people from last server, they're still sucking.
