Standard template for requesting reinforcements - CFD

It has come to my attention that the request for reinforcements sometimes doesn't have enough information. The more information we can give to those helping to reinforce us, the better off we all will be.

Please read the following on what needs to happen. The CFD form should be followed as best you (we) can and used as a templete.

First things first, everyone is to have their server times set to UTC 0, and EU 24hr format. If you don't know how to set that up, IGM a leader and they will show you how.

Second, we need to be more organized when we are requesting defensive reinforcements. Here is a standard Call For Defense (CFD) for everyone to use.

When sending your CFD, in you subject line, please put "CFD - VIllage Name".

In the CFD, please provide the following info:


Village being attacked, with coordinates:
Attacker name:
Village attacking you, with coordinates:
Wall Level:
Hero Level (if one is present):
Granary Size:
Current Amount of Crop in Storage:
Hourly Crop Production:
Travel time at the time of CFD:
Time the attack is to land:
What you think is coming:

It's very important that we have that information as it will better prepare us as to what kind of defense is needed. Also, it will let us know if there are catas/rams are coming.
