its day two of drama, and i feel i dont understand anything more then i did yesterday.

i have to agree with some of the other posters, like tankgirl, who stated that they are stuck in a bad place.
i feel like staying with nikani benefits me in some ways, and going back to FUN benefits me in others.

and while i do not think this was handled the best way, and it sits a little awkward with me, i do not think FUN has stepped up and been the 'better' alliance. since i have received an IMG that basically stated if you do not move over to fun, you will be farmed. i understand their frustration with what happened and with leadership, by why would you target the peons? and threatening me, not really the way to win friends.

i do not know what to do, at this point, i'm not a big fan of either side. so i will stay where i am, as i do not want to make a hasty decision, but at this point, leaving the server is something i am considering. which is a disappoinment to me, as i felt like my villages were just starting to get their feet under them. but i play this game for enjoyment and this drama and whatnot is not what i signed on for.

imo if rkw and vv have to step down to bring us back together as a FUN alliance, then i think the leadership of Flank needs to step down too, cause i do not think their actions in this whole situation were any better (or worse). (well not all of Flank leadership, but I do not want to call out anyone specifically, would rather make broad statements)

either way, this is just a lot of BS.. and we have done what MNU was trying to do, we destroyed ourselves. cause in the end, no matter where we go from here, we will never be the strong alliance we were. and in my opinion that is not any one sides fault.

ultimately i would like to see what solution leadership has to resolve this.

This gets you the picture. I simply went to history of chats with her and randomly searched for sweetness and promises. There are many many more but copy/pasting everything would make this MM a very long one. Gives you the picture right ?

I was deeply depressed when I found out what was going on. As you see - Nikani is hostile alliance. Actually Hera is. I like Nikani members but they follow her lead.

You the leadership should be setting the example. As an undecided player I am simply not impressed by both the tone of Dootzkie's message, sways me back towards the other camp.

It is the responsibility of the leadership this situation has happened not ours. You have the leadership being effectively run by small circle of friends and the other leadership got so pissed at the situation that they felt forced into extreme action.

Criticising the likes of VioletV, rks, Rowsey etc in the way some of you have been doing in messages both IGM and the forum postings is simply immature. They did their actions for good reasons and although I don't agree with the method employed I understand why they did it now.

I have made my views clear elsewhere.

1. Implement transparent voting on important issues. Give FUN members who you say you value so highly the ability to fully participate.

2. Rethink the leadership of FUN-LITE and give the person who has done all the work for a long time control over the wing.

Neither of those are particularly controversial and would show that you are prepared to give a little. At the moment I see no sign of giving an inch.

I agree that threats are not necessary. However, it is true that if someone were to stay with Nikani and Nikani were attacking us (as they have indicated that they will now do), that would make things very difficult, don't you agree?

Rkw and Kait have offered to step down. This is what they have wanted for some time. They have frequently asked to be replaced because they do not have the time to lead. I totally understand. The problem was always finding someone appropriate to replace them, who was willing to give the time to it and is a good communicator like them and who understands the game. Do you think that removing all our leadership at this point is a wise move?

We are working towards a solution right now. Please see my suggestion above. I would love to hear your thoughts. We are working on that.

I would like to propose that the most rational and most deserving of the title of "leader" assume the leadership role of the alliance. In my mind, those two individuals would be BGS and BIG.BOSS. Everyone else in leadership has had a large hand in creating this mess, were all in the wrong in one way or another, and should step down.

I think that all of the leadership should be replaced on both sides of the argument. I do not agree with any of them. I always believed that the Flank leaders started too much trouble and that is how this rift began. From last server, I have always looked up Kaitlyn (rkw), VioletV, Dootzkie, Simmy, and even Invidious (yes I admit I was on his side...sorta). But since the beginning of this server, my trust in all of them has wavered. this whole situation has gotten out of hand and to resolve this, there should be new leaders, except certain few. Thats why I agree with the BGS and BIG.BOSS proposal.

I am going to stay in the alliance I am in now and wait until everything has been resolved. Just because I am in Nikani F, it does not mean that I am not a FUN teammate. I will always have FUN in my heart and not attack a fellow FUN member, which I have heard reports of others getting kicked, then attacked with catas. Remember, we are all a family and a team. These people find ways to resolve their issues, which we need to do...and soon.

Talks are underway with BGS as an intermediary (he has current access to all parts of the forum). If you have read my post as to why we moved, you would have understood the moves (albeit, possibly wrong) and the time constraint to make the decision. If we did nothing, Nikani would have come regardless as their talks with MNU as FUN has done nothing to prevent/retaliate the MNU attacks. It only reinforced their idea that we're farms.

As for where i stand, am I nikani or am I FUN, I started last s6 as FUN and I am a FUNster. Yee is not betraying you by saying move to the nikani wings as FUN*F and Lite are going to be hit. He's following my edict... trying to protect your accounts.

If you are referring to Velvettfog's question being unanswered (the Yes / No), it was answered. If there was another question, I haven't seen it yet.

Please, don't insult the real FUNsters by trying to side with FUN. FUN is getting rebuilt, and you are still crippling it [with banns and persistant conscription of tricked members]. Plus you have sided with FUNs new found enemy.

If your way of helping is to sabotage and/or stay aside while the world is passing you by, id love to see how you try to make thing tougher for someone.
